Recipe for Grounding - Melissa’s Moroccan Hummus
Blend in Vita-mix until smooth:
- 1 cup sprouted chickpeas
- 1 cup sprouted lentils
- 1 cup soaked sunflower seeds
- 1 TB almond butter
- 1 TB honey
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ lemon juiced
- 2 TB hazelnut oil (optional for character and flavor)
- 2 TB garam masala seasoning mix
- 1 TB hot curry powder
- 1 TB cumin
- fresh cilantro
- water to blend
Serve with flax crackers, celery sticks, or sliced bell peppers.
